Gauge Block Calibrator (Computerized)

• Rigid and very precise instrument useful for quick & reliable calibration of Gauge Blocks from 0.5 to 200 mm as per ISO/DIN/BS standard in metric / imperial.

• Measurement with the help of two LVDT probes (top & bottom), contacts both the faces of Gauge Block allows differential measurement, which gives most accurate results.

• No zero setting required, compares the difference in length of master and test Gauge Block, adds arithmetically the deviation of master Gauge Block taking in to account expansion in length due to temperature, difference from standard temperature, expansion in length due to difference in material of master and test Gauge Block and deformation factor.
